All Durance deliveries are beautifully boxed with scented wood wool and then gift wrapped with delicate paper, natural ribbon and a hand written note (of your words if requested). 

For any gift orders made, please enter any special message to be written in the space provided at the checkout (prior to authorising payment for your purchase). You can also specify here if you would like your order to be gift wrapped for free.

We guarantee each delivery of Durance will arrive beautifully presented with our meticulous attention to detail and care. 

Please note our courier company requires a signature to deliver the goods at residential and business addresses throughout New Zealand.

Free delivery 

Delivery is free for orders over $70, excluding delivery to Waiheke Island and rural areas. 

• Nationwide delivery fee for orders under $70 (excluding rural delivery and Waiheke Island) - $12
• Nationwide delivery fee for orders over $70 (excluding rural delivery and Waiheke Island) is free. 
• Rural delivery fee for orders under $70 to rural areas (excluding Waiheke Island) - $15
• Rural delivery fee for orders over $70 (excluding Waiheke Island) - $9.50
• Waiheke island delivery fee for orders under $70 - $34.50
• Waiheke island delivery fee for orders over $70 - $27

All delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout after filling out delivery address details, and before payment is made. 

Please note that Durance Rewards points do not accumulate on handling and delivery fees.
